Information you provide
A general inquiry may include your name, email address, optional phone number, state or market, inquiry type, representation need, and message. A commercial inquiry may also include a company name and property type. The forms do not automatically enroll you in marketing or recurring text messages.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to review and respond to the inquiry, evaluate the requested real estate service, maintain appropriate business records, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and comply with legal obligations.
Storage and access
Website inquiries are stored in protected WordPress site infrastructure and are accessible to authorized TopNetRealty personnel. An email notification is also sent to the configured brokerage recipient when the host accepts it. TopNetRealty does not sell inquiry information.
External New York listing search
The approved New York listing-search link opens FlexMLS in a new tab. FlexMLS is an external service with its own privacy and technology practices.
Retention and requests
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for business, legal, security, and recordkeeping purposes. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, contact TopNetRealty. Applicable law may require or permit retention of certain records.
