When a client’s needs extend beyond the brokerage’s licensed markets, TopNetRealty may coordinate a broker-to-broker referral. The brokerage does not represent that it is licensed nationwide.

Dan works directly with residential and commercial clients. In New York, his work is concentrated in Saratoga Springs, Saratoga County, the Capital Region, and the Southern Adirondacks. Washington inquiries involve Washington properties on Seattle’s Eastside or in the Walla Walla Valley.

Kim Higgins is a New York State licensed real estate salesperson, lifelong educator, and longtime Saratoga County resident. Her teaching background informs a patient, clear approach to helping buyers and sellers understand the process and make informed decisions.
Kim brings firsthand knowledge of Saratoga County’s neighborhoods, schools, and day-to-day character to her work with clients. Outside real estate, she enjoys Saratoga Race Course and spending time with family and friends.

Scott has represented buyers and sellers in the Saratoga area since 2009. From 2019 to 2026, he was TopNetRealty’s leading salesperson and a multimillion-dollar producer.
A native of Upstate New York and longtime Saratoga County resident, Scott is known for market knowledge, frequent communication, and repeat and referral business. He is also a real estate investor.
Scott holds a B.S. in Psychology and an M.S. in Education from SUNY Potsdam, where he captained the men’s soccer team. He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, New York State Association of REALTORS®, Greater Capital Association of REALTORS®, and GlobalMLS.

Daniel D. Britten is TopNetRealty’s Managing/Designated Broker and the sole Washington representative. Washington clients work directly with Dan on residential and appropriate commercial assignments.
Seattle’s Eastside and the Walla Walla Valley are separate Washington market areas. TopNetRealty does not represent a Walla Walla office.
