Dan is one of a kind. If you’re looking for extreme dedication you will find that in Dan. I’ve dealt with numerous agents in the past, and with Dan it was the first time I felt like I was his only client. He even contacted me with business while he was on a cruise! He worked tirelessly for me for 18 long months before finding our home and never gave the impression that we were a burden (and I’m not easy to deal with). He always answers the phone, and even answers in the middle of working out (running on a treadmill)! The only negative about him (if you consider it a negative… which I don’t): if you want your interactions sugar-coated and fake, you’re not getting that from him. He’s what I call a “No bull**t” type of businessman, meaning he gives it to you straight and cuts out all the nonessentials. I can’t say enough to describe the great experience I had with Dan.
