South High Marathon Dance has a personal connection for me. My niece, Shannon Higgins, and my nephew, Matt Higgins, both have roots in South Glens Falls athletics. Their ties to the school are part of why I’m glad to support this community and lend a hand at the golf tournament.
I’m sponsoring a tee/green and helping at registration for the September 12, 2026 SHMD Golf Tournament at Airway Meadows Golf Club, benefiting the 2027 South High Marathon Dance. It’s a chance to join neighbors, golfers and fellow volunteers in supporting something that matters locally.
South High Marathon Dance brings South Glens Falls High School students together for a 28-hour fundraising dance benefiting local individuals and charities. I appreciate the teamwork behind that effort, and the many ways people find to contribute.
